Refund Policy 

Our Refund Policy is a legally binding document that is meant to establish the legal relations between you and your customers regarding how and if you will provide them with a refund. Online businesses selling products are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to present their product return policy and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is needed in order to comply with consumer protection laws. It may also help you avoid legal claims from customers that are not satisfied with the products they purchased.

UK RETURNS

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS


You have 14 days to start your return from the date your order was delivered. We do not offer free returns, so be sure to obtain proof of postage or receipt when returning items.

We cannot be held responsible for items that fail to reach us.
Items being returned must be in a fully resalable condition, which means being unused, with all tags attached, and if possible, in the original packaging.


Bawden Rocks reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on items deemed not to be resalable. This does not affect your statutory rights in connection with faulty items. Please email us for advice on sizing.


Any SALVAGE STOCK, FAULTY STOCK, or SECONDS STOCK are non-returnable. They are sold as seen. Before purchasing, please contact our customer service team for any questions you may have.

 

TIMESCALE & REQUIREMENTS
How long will my return take to process?

Once your return arrives with us, the process of your return may take up to 14 working days. However, we typically aim to complete the process within 5-7 days. Refunds may take an additional 5 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.Please note that items received in a non-resalable condition or those that require cleaning will take longer to inspect. These may be subject to one of the following outcomes:

  • Return of the item to you

  • A minimum cleaning fee of £25 per item (subject to severity)

 

In either case, we will notify you as soon as possible to discuss further steps and arrange the next steps.

Overseas customers: Customers returning items from outside the UK are responsible for the cost of return shipping, particularly if the return is deemed unsuitable for restocking (e.g., dirty, evidence of use, or damaged).

All exchanges will be sent out within 3 working days once processed. Customers returning orders are responsible for all costs associated with returning their order.

Once your return is delivered to the warehouse, you’ll receive a confirmation email within 5 days. It is at this point that we will process your return.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

Bawden Rocks Ltd strives to produce high-quality garments that meet our customers' expectations. However, in the rare event that you receive a faulty product, we have the following terms and conditions:

  • If you receive a product that is damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving the item to report the issue.

  • We will require photographic evidence of the fault before we can process your request.

  • If a fault develops after 30 days and within 6 months, you must email us to prove that the fault is a manufacturer's fault.

  • We do not accept returns for items that have been altered or customised in any way, or items that have been damaged due to improper care or use.

  • If we determine that the product is faulty or damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the cost of shipping for the return and offer either an exchange or a full refund.

  • We will provide a full refund or exchange if the item is confirmed as faulty or damaged upon receipt and inspection by our team.

  • If the fault is not confirmed, we may refuse the refund or exchange and may ask for additional information or evidence to support your claim.

 

Bawden Rocks Ltd reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
Our faulty product return policy does not affect your statutory rights.
